时隔一年。。。（返工篇）

好！好！好！三个字可以形容。

公司一年的变化大到。。。。。。。。。（无限大）。
Colleagues从有到没有过后又有到一大堆。人事变化大到。。。。。。。。。
Projects一路来都多的啦，好到。。。。。。。。。

以上就是上个星期在公司的特有广告时间听回来的“马来西亚的华语”。难道不好吗？创意到。。。。。。。。。

“嘻嘻佳节”这一年真的真的成长了许多许多，不信？不要讲你，我都不信！一年前的“嘻嘻佳节”只是一间小小的房间，现在是一层；一年前的三四人，现在有十人。门面看到的可以讲完，不过哩，门面看不到的就讲不完咯。每个人从个人管理到专业管理都“up龟”到。。。。。。。。。所以不知不觉自己也“up龟”了咯。很多时候Office就好像我们的另外一个家，拜六礼拜通常回公司都会看到自己人，你讲厉害不厉害？并不是拜六礼拜工作不好，只是我们把deadline看得很重要。。。哦不是推销公司，哦只是事实真的是酱。Hard Sell到。。。。。。。。。

这一年我从的工作从designer到head of interactive再回到designer。大家不要误会。。。我是很好的！没有骗你们的！要看portfolio吗？哈哈，为什么这样哩？很简单，哪里需要人我就帮哪里，这就是我对公司支持！（老板们，这样讲有得起工钱没有？）正所谓肥人肥过廋人，廋人廋过肥人，公司好客户好大家好到。。。。。。。。。

很多人都问我，小公司做好咩？？哈罗！什么不好咧？很多东西只有在小公司才学到，不论商业，人事，沟通，我都学到很多。有时同行的朋友埋怨这个不好那个不好，我都可以很肯定的讲出问题然后建议他们，过后才发现哇佬我讲的啊？有影没有！自己都吓倒。。。。。。。。。

有一样东西要跟大家share share的，就是designer和head of interactive的不同啦。不管做的讲的看的唱的吃的拉的仙的都不同。designer靠的是感觉，讲feel的! head of interactive的时候要的是卖，讲实际的！讲真那时候的一转，转到我梦擦擦。不过转过后还蛮爽的。我跟你讲啦，当两个加起来的时候真的西北够力的咯,设计出来的东西又有feel有实际，厉害到。。。。。。。。。

公司现在打游击战，大家分工合作，你backup我，我backup你，又够温馨得了。平时颠颠废废的我们，工作起来的没有不一样，还是颠颠废废，不过出来的work还真是“废”常厉害。听公司的人说（公司好像很大酱）最近pitch着什么大公司“三大臂”喔，拿到还不发到。。。。。。。。。

讲了那么多，结论就是大的公司不一定好！小的不一定不好！没有听过小而强大啊！！又不信啊？没办法咯！最后还是那句“嘻嘻佳节”劲到。。。。。。。。。

时隔一年，非常精彩的一年！
这一年做过什么？劲咯！分几ｐａｒｔ慢慢同你讲啦。

从FAMILY开始。。。

故事就讲到一年前啦。。。一个风和日丽的早上，到公司的第一件事当然不是check mail啦，走下楼。。。有个黑裤白衬衫穿着围裙的人物。系啦！系啦！就是她啦。。。就是她啦。。。（当时我还不知道她叫什么名，所以暂时先用“她”来代替），看到她就是有种万马奔腾带着光的感觉，就好像'魔戒2'那一幕。过后的每一天几乎都有假死假死走过看她一下，跟她笑一下。。。想到都有点好笑。就酱，我本身哩属于比较害羞的啦，这一点我朋友都不知道的。。。哈哈！接下来的日子就是因为我老板阿JOESCHER咯，他用他那四粒平时看靓女练到发紫的眼睛一看就看到她是我的TYPE喔，很厉害的咯。。。当然我不否认的。。。第一步就酱豁出去了咯。多谢阿JOESCHER，这一步很大。。。她叫CINDY。CINDY现在不就是在我旁边了咯。。。嘻嘻！

家里哩。。。几个小冬瓜巧儿，庆庆，轩轩，恩恩，城城全部咻一声都长高了。。。还不会走路的都会跑了。。。学会走路的都上学了。。。尤其是巧儿，三年级啦！！看她读书的样子真的连我都会怕。。。上课补习上课补习上课补习都不像一个小孩子了，真的需要麽？希望她过得开开心心啦！享受读书的好。。。下个月头哩家里又添新成员咯！！是个她，名字暂定为游紫妤。还在想的啦，因为广东音怎么读都有点像“幼稚园”，嘻嘻！

老爸老妈老哥老姐都身体健康！！尽管车油起价，我还是会多多回家的啦！回家给你们看看然后过电一下。。。在外工作最重要还是家。。。什么都假！回家比天大！！呵呵呵呵。。。上个礼拜父亲节才刚刚过，各位爸爸过得点啊？我们就送ｈｕｓｈ　ｐｕｐｐｉｅ手提袋给老豆啦，看到老豆笑得甜甜就知道回的没白费啦。现在ｈｕｓｈ　ｐｕｐｐｉｅ跟老豆去了中国咯。。。还跟我老妈讲“哇，好好用咯！”。哈哈！！

Healthy Designer

Mmm...joescher was sleeping...so I got time to type something here...hoho...

Today, I have think of a ultimate goal for myself. I want to be a Healthy Designer in the world! Yeah, it need time to achieve but I have plentty. The medical report really remind me that healthy is so much important to us especially designers (Hey...designer out there, go and check, you will know what i'm talking about...hehe...)

I went to watch Meet the Robinson last wednesday, the storyline was so meaningful to me... nothing as simple as that Robinson have said - "Moving Forward". Even the song is so touching.

mmm...suddenly stuck here dont know what to type d...

wow...its over 1 month...

Aiya...it's been over 1 month I didnt update my own blog.

Currently I having a good time on reading a book called "The Secret". Thank you Joescher for giving this book to me! This is the 1st english book that I really want to finish, not for the sick of just finish it, but I really need to get improve and become succesful on where I am now. GambaTEH to me!

The week before last week I went back hometown for friend's , wallet getting thinner...the wedding reminded me that I can't lose a step now, I have no time to waste to concerntrate and build my own path! ...although I still think I'm 18...hehe...

Last weekend went back for Ching Ming...this is another family reunion picnic after the CNY reunion dinner, sounds weird but YES! we picnic at the cemetary!! it's so happening there...just like CNY. Fire cracker everywhere, people around you...see how important is family reunion...

Whenever I feel stress, I will back home...it calm me down...then will think about what I have done and what I need to be done.

From now on, concerntrate on my work! reduce work load on freelances. ONLY PRODUCE UP TO PAR WORK!!
